To sell items on Toy Box Network, all you have to do is register an account and you’re ready to go! However, at this time we just getting started, so self-registration isn’t possible just yet. In the meantime, those who are interested in gaining early access to help us test and improve the platform, can sign up now to receive regular updates and join us behind the scenes.
Do I need a Toy Box Network account to make purchases?
No. Toy Box Network allows for guest checkout, so anyone, from any place, can purchase items on the platform.
How much does it cost to use Toy Box Network?
Toy Box Network is free to use, as in there are no subscription or sign-up fees. However, we do charge a small fee to sellers for each item sold on Toy Box Network. Please refer to our Fees and Commissions section of our Terms of Use for more details.
What do I do if there is an problem with my order?
Toy Box Network is a marketplace for second-hand items, therefore we cannot guarantee the quality or availability of any items sold on the platform. Customers are to understand that items purchased on Toy Box Network are typically shipped as portrayed, and described, on a member’s profile.
However, we strive for this to be a safe space for collectors and are prepared to intervene if there is suspected fraud or misuse of the platform. If you feel this may be the case with your order, you can report an issue from the order details screen in your dashboard.
What do I do if the item I purchased is damaged?
Customers are to understand that items purchased on Toy Box Network are typically shipped as portrayed, and described, on a member’s profile. If you feel the item you purchased was not properly described, or the condition was not as the seller listed, you can report an issue to have us investigate the matter further.
How do I create a Toy Box Network account?
At this time, it is not possible for general users to register their own accounts. However, those who are interested in gaining early access to help us test and improve the platform, can sign up now to receive regular updates and join us behind the scenes.

Is Toy Box Network available in my country?
Toy Box Network can be visited by anyone from any location with internet access. At present, only users located in North America are able to have member accounts. Our goal is to expand the platform to different countries and languages, so it can be used by collectors across the globe.
Does Toy Box Network ship items internationally?
Yes. Toy Box Network integrates with a variety of shipping providers to automatically calculate shipping costs. Sellers can ship to any destination offered by these carriers. See our Shipping Policy for more details.
