Returns

If you find a problem with an item you purchased, you may report an issue within 15 days of the order being marked as shipped or received. You must provide relevant photos to support your claim.

Items must be returned in the same condition as when you received them. Returns are only accepted if the item is in its original state, without damage, and not altered in any way.

Once your return is accepted, please ensure the item is shipped back within 15 days of the return authorization. You will need to provide a valid tracking number for the return shipment.

Refunds

Refunds are only processed once the return has been successfully received and verified. If your claim is approved by Toy Box Network, and the item is returned as per the guidelines, we will issue a refund.

If your return is authorized and the item is not confirmed shipped within 15 days, funds will be released to the seller, the transaction will be considered complete, and the issue closed. Once the return status is marked delivered by the shipping provider, only then will a refund will be issued.

Shipping Costs

The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, even if the original purchase included free shipping. Please be aware that Toy Box Network is not liable for any damages caused during the return shipping process.

Seller Notification

Sellers will be notified by email immediately when a return report is received. A second notification will be sent when the item is marked as shipped by the buyer.

Dispute Resolution

In cases of disputes, Toy Box Network will investigate and make the final decision regarding returns. This decision will be binding, and both the buyer and seller must comply with it.

Changes to Our Policy

Toy Box Network reserves the right to update or amend this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted prominently on our site. Continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of the updated Return & Refund Policy.
